Emily Pfeil age 52 of Maple Shade passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She was born in Philadelphia, and was a lifelong resident of Maple Shade. Emily was a graduate of Maple Shade High School and Moore College of Art. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
Beloved daughter of the late Edward and Eleanor Pfeil, dear sister of the late Eleanor and Edward Pfeil, loving niece of Edith Dermody and Alfred Pfeil, also survived by many cousins.

In 1981 I took on my first real job working at The Bread Basket as a "set-up man" which meant I set-up the next morning's bake. Eventually, I was promoted to "pep man" and that entailed getting up at 3am and making the famous Bread Basket Pepperoni Bread. What a great, fun-filled few years of my life. I met so many people - some of which are still friends today.
